Thermador error codes flashing lights

Check burner ignition if the gas oven has a heating problem or the oven has excessive preheat time. NOTE: It is normal for preheat time of a gas oven to take as long as 15 minutes to reach 350°F.

If a code flashes on the "OVEN" -or- "PREHEATING" (for the 1* digit) and the "HEATING" (for the 2nd digit) indicator lights on the control panel, this indicates a problem with the range. See the following error code chart.

Error Code Troubleshooting Chart

CODE: 1-0
ERROR: Temperature sensor open circuit.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Check RTD temp sensor and wiring.

ERROR: Cooling fan not working.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Check cooling fan rotation, hall effect operation, and wiring from fan to control board

ERROR: Door latch fault.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Check door latch, plunger switch, and wiring to control board.

ERROR: Selector Switch Error.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Check mode select switch and wiring to control board.

ERROR: Oven temperature potentiometer.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Check oven temperature potentiometer and wiring to control board.

ERROR: Expansion board not connected.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Check small oven relay board and cable (dual oven only).

CODE: 3-2
ERROR: Over temperature while cooking.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Change control board then check temperature sensor.
